The 27th School of Mass Spectrometry will take place on 21–25 September 2026 in Frymburk, Czech Republic. This year’s theme, “Mass Spectrometry: From Experimental Design to Data Interpretation,” reflects a broad programme covering the entire analytical workflow—from study design and sample preparation to method development, validation, data analysis and interpretation.
Our laboratory is actively involved in the organization of the event, with Martin Moos and Lucie Řimnáčová serving on the organizing committee. The programme brings together researchers from academia and industry and covers topics including metabolomics, proteomics, non-target screening, clinical and environmental analysis, and emerging approaches in mass spectrometry.
Among this year’s invited speakers are Juliane Hollender (Eawag/ETH Zürich) and Ondřej Novák (Palacký University/Institute of Experimental Botany CAS).
