OP TAK – Aplikace II (2026–2027)
Research partners: Institute of Applied Biotechnologies a.s.;AnyCare s.r.o.
This project develops a next-generation digital infrastructure for secure storage, management, integration, and analysis of large-scale multi-omics data (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, lipidomic). The CODE platform supports data-intensive life sciences and precision medicine by providing a robust, interoperable, and scalable environment for trustworthy handling of sensitive biological and clinical data.
A key goal is a unified platform linking research and clinical domains by integrating heterogeneous omics datasets with biomedical metadata. Through standardized formats, interoperable interfaces, and advanced analytical workflows, CODE enables multi-layered analyses and supports discovery of molecular patterns and biomarkers for personalized diagnostics and therapeutic decision-making.
The project prioritizes data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance, aligning with GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and EHDS requirements. Measures such as encryption, role-based access control, audit trails, and pseudonymization ensure safe processing with transparency and traceability.
CODE combines expertise in applied biotechnology, digital health, and academic research. The Laboratory of Analytical Biochemistry and Metabolomics contributes bioanalytical expertise (especially metabolomics and lipidomics) and experience with large-scale mass spectrometry data, helping connect high-quality experimental outputs to practical digital workflows.
By building a scalable and future-proof backbone, CODE will strengthen the national ecosystem for precision medicine and biomedical research, improving interoperability, analytical capabilities, and collaboration across research institutions, healthcare providers, and technology partners.
