Multi-omics approaches provide comprehensive information, but lack effective utilization for diagnostic purposes. The major aim is to integrate MX, genomic and TX data and develop an efficient tool for their analysis using AI methods. The new approaches will be tested on: (1) selected cell culture models, whose physiological state can be easier controlled, (2) primary lymphocytes and (3) samples of patients in septic state. The interdisciplinary cooperation of junior teams is complementary, supported by top equipment and by experiencešd mentors. The major outcome will be on the selected models verified software platform dedicated to interpretation and visualization of the acquired results and a functional sample with a verified set of biomarkers that indicate development of septic state.
